That’s the environment Little Buffalo Builders has operated in since 2018, and it’s shaped how we approach every project we take on, whether that’s a custom home build in Millerstown, a kitchen remodel in Carlisle, or a basement renovation in Lancaster.

We’re a residential construction company that handles the full scope of home building and remodeling. Custom homes, additions, kitchens, basements, decks, porches, sunrooms, garages- if it involves building or improving a home, it’s in our wheelhouse. The owner is personally involved in every project from the first phone call through the finished build, which means you’re never getting handed off to someone who doesn’t know your project or your priorities.

Perry County, PA

This is home for us. We’ve built and remodeled homes all over Perry County, and at this point we know the area about as well as anyone. The older farmhouses, the properties that have been in families for decades, the newer builds on land that’s been sitting and waiting for the right time, we’ve worked on all of it, and that familiarity is genuinely useful when it comes to planning a project.

A big part of our work in Perry County is custom home construction. There’s a lot of land here, and a lot of homeowners who want to build something on it rather than settle for what happens to be on the market. Cumberland County, PA

Cumberland County is a regular part of our project schedule, and it covers a pretty wide range of property types. Carlisle and Mechanicsburg have a lot of older homes with real character that owners want to update without losing what makes them interesting. Camp Hill and the Harrisburg suburbs have a healthy mix of mid-century and newer construction where homeowners are ready to invest in the spaces they spend the most time in. Further out toward Shippensburg and Newville you start to see more land, more opportunities for new construction, and more homeowners who want to build something from scratch.

We do all of it. Kitchen remodels, finished basements, home additions, decks and outdoor living spaces, custom garages, and complete custom home builds are all things we handle in Cumberland County on a regular basis. Lancaster County has been a growing part of our service area, and it makes sense. There’s a culture here of doing things right and investing in quality, and that lines up well with how we work. The homeowners we meet in Lancaster County tend to know what they want, have thought about it carefully, and aren’t looking for the cheapest option; they’re looking for someone who will actually deliver what they’re paying for.
